We are seeking an individual who is ultra-creative, designs to inspire, and provides clients with obsessive customer satisfaction. Our large institutional clients look for new and creative ways to inspire the future of humanity through education, and they need guidance in this pursuit through thoughtful planning and brilliant design. This individual will also be a strong service-oriented leader who understands the career goals of our junior architects and guides them in building their careers and strengthening their skills as future leaders of our firm.

Opportunity Details

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in business development with existing and potential clients; this would include continuous regular follow-up to identify future project opportunities, check-ins on the client's satisfaction level during project engagement, and owning the client relationship.
  • Define project goals, objectives, requirements, and parameters of the client's vision.
  • Demonstrate the experience and capacity to succeed in winning project proposals by assembling a strong qualified team who will assist our clients in realizing their vision in ways they may not have imagined.
  • Communicate with project managers and the project design team to ensure that the vision created is within the scope, schedule, and fee that provides for a successful project for our team and our clients.
  • Develop and present solutions to complex architectural design challenges with creative and thoughtful design processes.
  • Translate the client's program and concept design into spatial design.
  • Be accountable for great work, exceptional client care, and supportive and reliable leadership and mentorship support to the team.

Your Qualifications:

  • NAAB Accredited Professional Architectural Degree
  • USA architectural licensure
  • 6+ years of industry experience in project architectural design
  • Proven project management skills
  • Exceptional client care skills
