We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Associate II to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow their skills in a dynamic, designforward environment.
Position Summary
As an Architectural Associate II, you will support project teams throughout all phases of design and documentation. You’ll contribute to concept development, technical detailing, 3D modeling, and client presentations—helping to ensure the successful execution of a range of architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
-Collaborate on schematic design, design development, and construction document production
-Translate conceptual designs into technical drawings and 3D models
-Assist in code research, material selection, and specification development
-Coordinate with consultants and internal team members
-Support construction administration tasks, including submittal reviews and RFIs
-Participate in client presentations and internal design reviews
-Maintain quality and accuracy in drawings and documentation under the guidance of the project leads
Required Qualifications
-Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) from an accredited institution
-3–5 years of relevant architectural experience
-On the path to architectural licensure (ARE exams in progress preferred)
-Proficient in Revit, with working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
-Strong design sensibility and understanding of architectural detailing
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in healthcare, civic, or educational architecture is a plus
-Familiarity with sustainability practices (LEED, WELL)
-Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is a bonus
